About us

Honest support, close to home.

We're a small Melbourne team providing one-to-one NDIS support.

Our story

Why we started.

The Honest Collective was founded by Lauren Haimes, whose passion for supporting people has grown through many years of experience in the disability sector. Throughout her journey, Lauren has recognised the importance of genuine connection, compassion and having the right people in your corner.

Lauren wanted to create something built on a simple but meaningful belief: support should come from people who genuinely care. Her vision was to bring together passionate, like-minded individuals who share a commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others.

At The Honest Collective, we believe great support starts with genuine human connection. We are committed to building relationships based on trust, respect and understanding, empowering participants to live life on their own terms while ensuring they feel heard, valued and supported every step of the way.
